Below are links to several suggested workout plans. Use these in conjunction with your personalized fitness profile to determine which muscle groups to work on specific days. Each plan also includes the specific exercises for each muscle group that appropriate to your fitness level. Check with a physician before beginning any new weight training regimen.

Beginner Workouts

These sample workout plans are a great way to introduce yourself to weight training. The schedules focus on a total body workout, helping you to get a solid workout while focusing on proper form.
Whether your fitness goals include weight-loss, muscle gain, or both, make sure to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

Intermediate Workouts

These sample workouts are intended for those individuals with a moderate amount of training experience. The workout schedules build on the basics of weight-training by focusing on exercises that isolate muscle groups more specifically.

Hardcore Workouts
