How do I return an item?

This document outlines PPN's standard return policy.

Standard Return Policy
All returns must be unopened and in their original condition. A copy of the purchase receipt must accompany the return.

Permissible Timeframe for Return
PPN provides a fifteen (15) day return policy.

Defective Product
Product that is defective will be replaced or credited at PPN’s discretion.

Restrictions on Returns
Non-defective returns are accepted for credit or exchange at PPN’s discretion. All non-defective returns are subject to a five percent (5%) restock fee. Credit will be issued minus any shipping costs.

THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S BOTTLE MUST NOT BE MARKED AND/OR DAMAGED.
